Hydewell fully implements the IATF16949:2016 automotive quality management system standard, with the quality policy of “precision manufacturing, scientific management, pragmatic innovation, and quality service” as its guiding ideology. From identifying “customer needs” to the entire process of “product delivery (service)”, all employees participate and fully implement the company’s quality management process.
For each customer’s order, the company organizes a comprehensive review and fully identifies the customer’s needs to ensure that the company is able to meet the customer’s needs before accepting the order;
In project development, FMEA tools are used to fully identify the risk points in the product or the process of realizing this product, and the product and process are continuously improved to improve the quality performance of the product and the ability of the process;
In the production process, each process is required to strictly implement SOP (operation instructions) and CP (control plan) to ensure the qualified stability and consistency of the process output product quality;
Regarding the selection of suppliers, the company adheres to the principle of professional matching, mutual benefit and win-win, looking for professional manufacturers or service providers to cooperate with, and forming real stakeholders;
